I bought a head spa unit from them, and it was for 220volt which is not what I asked for. I asked for a 110-volt outlet so I could just plug it in. Once I received it and found out it was for 220, I tried calling no answer. This went on for months, and I still have not got a response from them. So I would advise that you do not buy any equipment from them. They talk to you when they're selling something, but when it isn't what you asked for, they don't want to talk to you or return your call. Lisa
