Would’ve given 4-5 stars after over 10 years of being with them. But when it came time to cancel my contract because I was moving to another provider, the ghosted me, said the main unit was released when it wasn’t. Ignored my emails and never called me back after leaving voice messages. Took me a month to finally get it to release. Shame because otherwise I would’ve recommended them. But their customer service is beyond terrible

Extremely frustrating and shady experience. I requested cancellation because I am moving, and ever since then it has felt like the company has been intentionally dragging out the process to continue billing me for another cycle. Every time I follow up, I’m told my cancellation is “being processed,” yet nobody can provide an actual cancellation confirmation or effective date. The support team at 24inControl is FANTASTIC! I have called them multiple times. A real human answers the phone, is helpful and knowledgeable, and always fixes the issue. Furthermore, they suggest additional features I didn't know about. These people ROCK! I wish all companies had great support people like these!

I purchased a DSC Security System directly from the manufacturer and received an Alarm.com communicator compatible with DSC systems. I urgently needed my system activated, not hours or days later. 24inControl truly made this happen. They guided me through some wiring errors, which were easily resolved by swapping two wires on the communicator.
