We have been with online dealer 24inControl for six months (after a three-year contract with a dealer assigned by our builder) and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the monitoring service (the central station used for the east coast is NationWide in Freeport, NY), the assistance provided by 24inControl for troubleshooting (Lior and others), and the rates. I have been with 24inControl for 4 months and couldn't be more pleased with the assistance the company has lent me and with the rates. Do not think twice about it. Move your monitoring service to 24inControl.

If I could give this so called company a 0 star rating I would. I’ve have this service less than two weeks and I had a situation to happen with my router and my cameras wet offline and the person trying to assist me got angry and said a technician will call me back and that was 4 days ago. They won’t answer calls and now won’t reply to emails. I want my money back and my service cancelled and terminated ASAP. Horrible!

I have been a 24inControl customer for well over 8 years, many moves 4 homes etc… and I won’t use anyone else. If you are a bit DIY, like flexible plans and EXCELLENT customer service look no further!!!
