Jessica is my personal trainer and I don't know where I would be in my fitness journey without her! She's awesome. The gym is awesome too but she makes it more awesome. :)
Got my trainer Jess to improve my stamina and my frozen shoulder got better from the first day I started my session with her. Great facilities, got to do sauna and massage every after session.
