“I hired this painter expecting a professional finish, but it quickly became clear that proper surface preparation was not done. There were visible bumps, old stains, and uneven textures that should have been sanded or primed before painting. In several areas, the new paint is already starting to peel slightly because the surface underneath wasn’t properly prepared. After the job was finished, I noticed several areas where paint was completely missed or very thinly applied. Corners, behind doors, and edges near trim were especially poorly covered. At first glance, the rooms look painted, but once you inspect closely, the lack of full coverage becomes obvious. I had to point out multiple spots that were simply left unfinished. A professional painter should ensure complete and even coverage throughout the space, but in this case, it feels like parts of the job were overlooked or rushed.
