I had a very disappointing experience with 24HourWristbands / Netbrands Media Corporation. I ordered 28 custom tote bags for a client-facing project. The order preview showed a small, centered, minimal design on both sides. That scale and layout were intentional and were a key part of the design. What I received was materially different from the preview. The artwork and text were printed dramatically larger than shown, which completely changed the look of the bags. This company is a scam. I ordered on March 9. It is March 21 and my order still has not arrived. They can’t even follow through on their 24 hour promise. Also, they get more money out of you with a scam. They give you the choice to have the products made in China or the USA. A customer service representative confirmed with me that the products are actually made in China even if they make you pay extra to have them made in the US.
