I placed an order for buttons for a customer and they are not legible and will not be used. When I contacted customer service, this is the response I received"The actual product will always be less vivid as well as less detailed than that of the images shown in the CGI". I am very disappointed that I wasted money on these.
Ordered from here because it was a guarantee delivery date. Paid for "rush delivery" and everything so that I would be sure to receive it a couple of days before as the items were specific and persoalized for a retirement party. Of course I didn't receive them before the party. I called and questioned about the guarantee and was told that they shipped it out before the guarantee date, but the issue was with the two carriers - Fed Ex and UPS. just an awful experience from a product getting lost to horrible customer service.
Inaccurate descriptions. If you order Red it comes as pink. Pink is not the color you want when your organization is red white and blue. They offered.a $90 refund on a $600 order! I added a picture of the proof and then what came in the box.
This is easily the most terrible quality, service, customer support I have ever experienced in all my years of business. Zero stars. They tried to tell us the directions on their website when it came to proofing were incorrect and it was on us to magically know that the proof they provide in their design studio is what we should upload into the comments section or they have creative liberty, unreal.
