thanks forming my birthday!!! i wish i could give zero stars. i paid extra for rush shipping because my order was needed for an important event. not only was the tracking delayed, but when I called customer service, they were completely useless—no solutions, no urgency. my order did not arrive in time, and the entire point of paying for expedited shipping was wasted. this company clearly doesn’t care about its customers or honoring their own promises…24 hours is in the name. if you value reliability, transparency, or even ba... read more

Terrible customer service. Scheduled an order, didn't look right, I denied the proof. I went with a different, similar product. They kept sending me new proofs of the old one, despite talking with their online chat (bot, I'm guessing) and being told all I have to do is decline the proof and it goes away. Now I have two orders 'in production' and when I call customer service, they can't help because it's too far along in the process. Awful and unhelpful service. Would give zero stars if I could.

We hold out hope for the right thing to be done and a refund to be issued, but the only thing worse than the three tablecloths we ordered is the customer service. First, they shipped the items to an incomplete address - not what we gave. The items were returned to sender, and when we called customer service we were told they would ship them back for $40. HA! Not our mistake, not our responsibility. When the tablecloths finally arrived MORE THAN A MONTH after ordering, they were a SIGNIFICANTLY different color than our brand ... read more
