We have placed multiple orders with this company and previously had good experiences, which is why we felt confident ordering again for a trade show. Unfortunately, this order was a major disappointment. Half of our order was printed correctly and matched our previous orders, with a smooth, high-quality finish. Update: Everything came out great!! Initial experience was smooth, but now I'm unsure. I just placed an order on their site, and the process was pretty easy and straightforward. However, after placing my order, I came across some concerning reviews, which made me a bit nervous about what to expect. I’ll update this review once I receive my order—or if I don’t.

We were quoted a price and the next day we were called several times with an additional price. When I contacted them the following day, I was then given a different additional price. They told me at that time that my order would not be delivered on the date that I paid extra for because production was delayed because they needed an additional payment. Horrible customer service! Send me the wrong color for my business and they said the only they can help is if I send them a picture of the shipping label which I did not have. Who asks for a picture of the shipping as proof of shipping. A company has access to proof of shipping through tracking numbers.

This company is the WORST. They promised a delivery date then had issues filling the order with zero explanation. It was set to arrive after my event so I asked for them to send to my office instead and they said they would. A quick turn order took over 6+ weeks and they still delivered to the wrong place. I only went with this vendor bc they said they could meet the deadline. Only offered the rush fee refund and after so much back and forth they wanted to offer $100. The worst experience.
