I like this place
The place is clean and secure. Their automation is terrible. I keep a card on file for automatic payments but I keep having to go in to manually make the payment because if it is not processed on the due date you cannot get into the storage facility. I look forward to moving out of this unit when our home is finished. I'll be moving my business storage unit soon as well
My bill is paid in full. Went to my unit to retrieve some belongings and found myself locked out of my unit. Cannot reach anyone by phone. Cannot get access to the website. I do not recommend this storage facility.
