It's terrible, I'd not recommend to consider this storage at all. The insurance fee is mandatory, we got insurance elsewhere but the office insisted that they need their own insurance. If you ever provided your card and bank account information to them once, they'll keep charging your account even if you opt out autopay without your permission. According to them, when you provide them the card info the first time, they got permission to keep charging in the future. We moved out of states and wanted to cancel, but they want t... read more
