I spent time really thinking this through as I dont want to ruin someone’s business with my review but to help others not be victimised like myself, here is what happened to me. I had a problem with a leaky roof back in 2025. So i booked this company to have a look. They quoted me 3k for the job saying the plumbing is all wrong. !!!!BEWARE!!! The most concerning part of this experience wasn’t even the workmanship — it was the way they communicate with customers. I dealt with Dean, who I understand is the owner, and was met with immediate aggression. I was constantly interrupted, spoken over, and dealt with in a dismissive, confrontational tone.
