I had a blowout in my trailer tire, middle of the night and couldn’t move. Called them and they picked up right away which was already a good sign. Tech got out to me on the road near northlake in like 40 minutes, swapped the tire out and got me rolling again. Saved my whole delivery schedule.
The thing that stuck with me is the mechanic actually explained what was happening with the truck instead of just handing me a bill. Like he pulled up the old part and showed me where it cracked. I drive a 2017 Kenworth and finding someone who knows the electrical on these things is just, it's rare honestly.
Had a blown air line on the trailer right before a delivery window and these guys patched it up on the shoulder in like 40 minutes. Didn't even have to get towed which saved me a ton of money. Thanks
