I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The plumber failed to arrive at the agreed time, and there was no communication regarding the delay. When they finally arrived, they were unable to complete the repair due to a lack of the necessary tools. This resulted in further delays and wasted time.

Charged me £262 to repair my boiler (he said he had replaced a valve (or valves). It worked temporarily but he told me to leave it on for a long time. I left it on until 10pm (when I went to bed). The next morning I woke to a cold house. Same problem. Low pressure. I called the plumber "Ash", he stated my boiler probably needed a service, to which I stated my £262 original payment should definitely cover the cost. He said he would get someone out to me then ignored all future calls and texts. No-one came. Called British Gas,... read more

Cowboys! Wanted to charge £300 to use two plastic stops in the pipes. They must make their money off their £100 call out charge. This is some sort of scam. Please DO NOT USE them! They are definitely dodgey.
