WOW! This place is incredible. They have great encouraging health coaches and trainers at this place. They give you a free workout and a free body fat/bmi, etc. evaluation. Then they feed you an herbal tea and a nutritional shake (many flavors, your choice)! The one hour workout is AWESOME. And you actually feel like you've had a good workout, not like most places that didn't even come close to a workout..... And this is unbeatable.. EACH visit is less than $10 after your first visit. I found 24 Fitbody about 18 months ago. I've been to a lot of fitness clubs but never anywhere like this. The sense of community and positivity is not something you will find anywhere else. The workouts are awesome and the nutrition is even better. It is THE place to get in the best shape of your life for the rest of your life.

I have spent months searching for a gym the suited my needs and my wallet. The classes are pay as you go, so you don't end up paying for a huge bill once a month especially if you are going out of town and/or are unable to go. I have attained a personal health coach upon my first visit and had a complete health evaluation within the first week I attended.
