Switching from a big box gym to Muscle Garden Wavell Heights has been one of the better choices I've made for my fitness journey. This is a super approachable gym with all the equipment you need to get a good workout in with super approachable and dedicated staff who will help you along if you need and greet you by name when you walk in. They have a great atmosphere that makes it easy to keep coming back and stick to a routine.

I am a huge fan of the Muscle Garden Gym at Wavell Heights! I joined the gym just before it changed ownership and I have really enjoyed the energy, culture and atmosphere that Kay and Adam have created! The equipment is really good and the people are really friendly and welcoming. Also, I have done a few 1 on 1 sessions with Adam and he's been fantastic and really has helped me work on achieving my fitness goals. I couldn’t be more impressed! They have a variety of equipment for both beginner and advanced lifters. The owner Adam is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel like a personalised experience and is always happy to share his wealth of knowledge for anyone looking for advice. The atmosphere is always positive and encouraging. Clean, well-maintained, and with a great community vibe, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey!
