A fantastic experience from start to finish. I reached out in the hottest day of the year. Jose troubleshot my issue remotely and let me know the likely issue and was able to squeeze me in the same day to repair. Couldn’t be happier with his performance & communication. He’ll be my first call for all HVAC issues in the future.
Jose is amazing! Saved us from a 90+ degree day when our AC went out. When a secondary issue arose he guided us through a fix via text and even checked in the next morning to make sure all was well. Efficient, professional and incredibly kind. Will be sure to use him again in the future!!
We have used Jose for both ac and heating and he has been so helpful. His prices are reasonable, and he teaches us about our system so we can maintain and fix the things we don’t need a professional for. He also is trustworthy, fixing whatever we can’t (or don’t want to) and never pressuring us to replace something that doesn’t need it. It’s so hard to find someone as honest and kind as Jose these days, and I will truly cry when he retires. Even though no one wants HVAC troubles, I am so grateful we have Jose to come help!
Jose was willing and happy to help me figure out what was wrong with my AC via FaceTime to ensure he could help. He got out the next day to replace our compressor and get us cool again.
Jose was able to come repair our AC condenser (needed a new capacitor) the same day. Excellent service. A+
