Jose is incredibly responsive and quickly solved our furnace problem. He was able to troubleshoot the issue over Facetime, identify the broken parts, and get them replaced later that day! He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the system works. Will definitely call again for any future HVAC needs!
Jose answered my call for broken A/C immediately, had availability same day, and knew right away that the prior quote was off-base and way overpriced. He was friendly and professional, and his rates are so affordable. Jose put in several hours as the issues were assessed and even came back when we thought a new issue came up later. Jose was fantastic running me through my Central air problem, he ran me through the wiring on my thermostat to make sure that was right and threw the panel on my heater, very knowledgeable and very well priced help me out under 75 bucks, I will definitely keep his number handy for future issues!!!
We had a great experience with Jose. He was available by phone to help us troubleshoot our issue and he offered advice for heating in the meantime. He came to our home when we were at work did a great job at a very reasonable price.
