My house is beautiful - all because of 24E design!
I ordered two chairs, which I paid in full at time of order. After almost five months still no delivery date. I called the manager, Cindy to get an update, no return call. I emailed Cindy and the sales associate, no reply. Thankfully I paid for the chairs using my credit card and Chase refunded my money! I have special ordered furniture many times in my lifetime and never had this experience, unacceptable customer service.
