Bought a cymbal from him many years ago. The day of the purchase he kept saying to me this is a ride cymbal and that I should buy because it's money in the bank etc. Out of curiosity took the same cymbal back to him 20 years later to supposedly sell it back, he didn't recognize me of course, told me that the cymbal is worthless and it's a crash cymbal and not a ride.
