Nice place to rent from but unfortunately you have to give a 15 day notice prior to cancelling or else you have to pay that next month. I think a week should be more than enough notice. We’ve been great at paying our bill on time and kept the unit very tidy. You would think they’d be willing to make an exception, but nope. Half the time the gates are broken also.

Units are large and clean, I like the supplied lock as it's definitely sturdier then anything I would purchase myself. Unit prices are fair. The gated entry provides extra security that I appreciate very much. The only problem I have had was my own fault as I had a family emergency right after (and for the following week) my invoice was received and I forgot to pay my bill on time. But Brad was very reasonable and understanding.
