24/7 has an inviting and supportive environment. The owner, Farr, always greets me when he comes into the space. I can hear him training his clients with purpose and meeting them where they’re at. The other patrons have all be kind and respectful. It’s a gem for Amherstview! The 24/7 access is also a huge convenience.
A clean, safe, welcoming, and positive space. The gym’s owner, Farr, consistently welcomes his clients with a warm wave and smile - a big part of what keeps me coming back. He runs a great business and fosters a friendly, supportive, and warm community. I highly recommend this gym. It’s the best part of my day.
Hard for me to get there mentally BUT GREAT FEEL GOOD feeling when I leave. Love the good vibes and clean environment!
This gym is amazing! Farr is super supportive and encouraging and Vicky at the desk is always super helpful and kind.. Jocelyn Poirier is an absolutely phenomenal trainer and human .. she cares deeply for her clients and trains with results! I’m so grateful to have her in my life .. This gym is a community where you can feel comfortable as well as successful in training. There is an upstairs room for cool down and personal work before or after a work out for quiet stretches.. Also open 24/7!!!
