Bought a van, found a fault with the vehicle once we began some maintenance work on the vehicle (4 weeks ownership about 300 miles use including 180 mile to collect it), old leak spotted from the gearbox thermostat, clearly been dripping for some time. No interest from seller, even tried to claim we requested to have no warranty? Wasn't looking for them to even cop for the full bill just a contribution but obviously not interested in any sort of customer service. Definitely recommend,I will be using this company again a few times as I do conversions,some good vehicles on a regular basis,when I phoned up the manager answered every question instantly and also told me about 1 issue that would need doing and he gave me original Iveco parts to get it done and also deducted the value to get the job done,he would of done it but there was a Xmas back log,I chose to get it and I chose to do it, also got his mechanic to change the bulb on my truck that I used to pick it up.deffinetly put this ... read more
