This was the absolute worst detail I've had done on any car I've owned. They seemed nice over the phone and when I left my car they guaranteed it would be perfectly clean inside out. Aside from shampooing my interior, they did an extremely poor job with the actual "detailing" aspect of my car. Terrible Service. I would give 0 stars if I could. Rude and disrespectful staff. I bought an Interior Detailing package. The staff that I spoke to garunteed that my car would be looking nearly brand new, although when I came back, nearly nothing was done.He is a con artist and theif. I regret every single penny spent at this business!
I love the cleaning of my seats that they were able to clean from what it was before the only thing i am not happy about what so ever is that my screen for my stereo now has a big scratch and when i called and told them about it they said they dont do anything with the dash but wipe it down, well yeah clearly when you were wiping it down you scratched the screen while doing it. Wont be going back there :(
We had our car, a 2016 Kia Soul detailed here due to finding a Groupon for it. They did an absolutely terrible job and I was very disappointed. It looked as if they put a lot of effort into a couple areas and then completely disregarded the rest. Where they did clean was covered and cleaning sprays and smears. When we called to complain, he did offer to have us bring it back. Considering I work during the day, my wife had to take the car with our one-year-old and four-year-old and drop it off.
