Doctor is very cold, not friendly at all, won’t so much as smile back at you which really threw me off, very cold with the pets too. Never followed up on a prescription he said he’d follow up on and he dismissed my concern about my dogs eyes and the next day her eyes were crusted over. Additionally, and possibly irrelevantly, the office is always sweltering hot, I had to step outside while I waited for my dog to be seen because I was so uncomfortably hot. Dr Kottenstette and family/staff have provided excellent care for my 2 dogs and 2 cats. They are convenient, accommodating, and go out of their way to make animals and people alike feel comfortable and safe. The care has been exemplary, albeit more expensive than some. These past 2 years I have had to seek less costly routine care for my pets , due to challenging economic conditions.
Easy and friendly! I scheduled a same day appointment, then when I arrived I did not have to wait and was in and out super fast! Pricing was transparent and reasonable.
The experience here is amazing they were very attentive from the moment we walked in. We come here often. So the staff knows our pups and treat them genial and with care .
Staff and Veterinarian were all very friendly and provided great care for my puppy. Highly recommend this place.
