I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza 241. I ordered two pizzas last week—one cheese and one with toppings. I clearly asked for extra chicken, but instead they added extra pineapple, which I did not want. The pizza did not taste good, and my child didn’t like it at all. Came at 11am and was not open for another half and hour. This is not acceptable.
Very disappointing customer service. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and my issue was completely ignored. I won’t be coming back.
