I have been using 24 Seven for over 6 years for my daughters house. We have had 2 attempted burglaries and both have been stopped by the alarm going off. On one of them they got in and tried to smash the controller. Called 24 - 7 and they were out the next morning fixing the damage. No charge for the call. They have been out for maintenance issues over the years and always arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. I would highly recommend this company. They are family owned and not a corporate elephant.
Three years agoI bought a house for my daughters while attending Texas Tech. At that time I contracted with Keith to put an alarm in my house. He promised to fix any problems we would run into during our service agreement. Well, we had a break in and some electrical problems during this time and they have provided service above and beyond what I expected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing an alarm in Lubbock.
