Came out to check and change battery on my jeep. Didn’t know where the battery was, I had to YouTube where it was and how to remove it. Along with reading threads for all other questions he had. He banged my doors off the poles in the carport. Took three times the time it should have taken bc he couldn’t find his tools and simply … did not know how to remove this battery.
