Excellent service. I highly recommend Bilt Rite and Ian. He is very knowledgeable about the work he does. Door is very quiet.
I hired this garage door company to replace a broken spring, but the technician showed up late and unprepared. He didn’t have the right tools, left halfway through to “get a part,” and returned an hour later. The whole job took over four hours for something that should’ve taken one.
We have done business with 24 Hr quite a few times, our contact is Kimberly and she is absolutely fantastic! She answers when we call, very polite and happy to help with any questions/ issues. Highly recommend!
