I brought my vehicle in approx. last year, and not only did the repairs take significantly longer than promised, but I also had to replace a battery that was barely six months old. My headlights and wipers were tampered with, and to top it all off, they made unauthorized repairs—like swapping out my new tire for an old one that had been in the trunk.
