I’m really happy with the repair work on my car. The team was honest, professional, and kept me updated the whole time. I’ll be coming back if I ever need body work again.
Made me give them all my details knowing I was looking for a place asap particularly within a day or two as stated in my message as it’s unsafe to drive due to the wipers not working and my windows not since the accident. Had me give all the info like they could do it to tell me after all they weren’t booking till mid December. They should have told me that from the start when I asked. Keep up the good work guys! Excellent work! I visited the Vancouver location 4 years ago and was impressed by the service then. The Surrey location delivered the same high level of professionalism. The repair quality is outstanding and you can't even tell there was ever any damage.
Went to DB’s shop in Vancouver over a decade ago when I met him for the first time then. Gold standard service then, still great till this day. Sent Db a message and he remembered me and my vehicle from back in the day. He then directed me to his employee gurpreet who was also very helpful. Great business , will deal with again if my vehicle needs repairs. Had the pleasure of visiting his Surrey location this time around. Cheers to 24 hour collision for being one of the good guys !
