I was stuck on the off ramp while on a business trip from west coast to Midwest when a semi truck tire blew off and I had no choice but to run over it causing some damage. Insurance had to be called, state patrol, etc. After that Joe called and met me soon after we talked and he was able to make a simple repair. Joe also pointing me towards a hotel 10 minutes away. Efficient. Reasonable. Confident. Professional.
My girlfriend locked her keys in the car on our move to Nevada. Luckily this place was 4 minutes away and was able to get to us in less than 10 minutes!
