Had a drain backup and minor flooding discovered late at night, tried calling 10 different plumbers claiming 24/7 ... He was the only one who answered himself, all the others used answering services, but never got back to me. Came in the morning as promised, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Clearly laid out what to expect in terms of work and cost in advance. Very happy with service.

I had a sewer drain backup and cause a small flood in my basement. I did not originally hire Viktor, I hired someone from a different company to come and hopefully resolve the issue by just snaking the drain.
