I booked with the company about 3 weeks in advance before my move with Cecilia. The time frame for my move was between 2-3. The day of my move around 2:45, I called because I had not received a call from the crew as I was told I was suppose to. Cecilia explained to me that the crew had come to my apartment and turned around because they did not have the gate code which I thought made absolutely no sense.
