After speaking to someone and getting towed to the location my calls stopped being answered totally unprofessional
I got a flat tire on the Dan Ryan, so I searched for the nearest tire shop and this one had good reviews. Upon getting there, the gate was closed and there was a sign on it from the City of Chicago saying “Off Limits- Do Not Enter”. I called but it went to voicemail, which instructed to leave a text. Text went unanswered, as well. Luckily, there was another shop right down the block or I would’ve been in trouble. Hopefully this serves as a heads up if you’re in need of 24/7 services.
They didn't answer the phone call, and they are open 24/7 🤣. I suggest to change name of your store into "Limited used time tires shop"
My college age kid came out of a rehearsal on campus on a Friday evening to a flat tire and only then realized he had no spare in the vehicle. What to do?!? A Friday after 7, all our "usual" tire places were closed! Panicked, we searched for late night or 24 hour tire repair. It's right in the name!!! They answered the call right away.
