The hardest part of the rental process is the Kiosk. Its screen is yellow from deterioration from the sun. The Volume is so low that you cant hear what the instructions are to keep up with the dimly lit display. Either replace the Kiosk or upgrade to where the volume is heard.
Good place to have a storage !
Mice / rats came into the unit from the ceiling chewing through the insulation above. Mice / rats also came into the unit from the front sides. No food was in our unit. Things ruined. No remedy provided. Their answer: if you bought our extra insurance, then we'd talk to you about the vermin we dumped into your unit. Don't store anything here you'd actually like to keep.
This is such a great storage facility! Very easy to use and very easy to contact.
