This covid site is very professional and quick with results. They are very responsive to questions and help. Thank you for providing quality quick testing for us in the community.
The staff at the testing center were great but implied that I should get my test results in 24 hours. When I did not receive the results, I call the lab and was told that unless I paid the expediting fee, I would get my results in 2-3 days (which is that there standard service is). Trust what is written on the document they give you, not what the technician says.
Shardae was amazing. She’s a hard worker and was doing her best when I needed to get tested for my daughter and myself. Lines were not to long and everyone is friendly.
These ladies were kind and working so hard to get so many people tested. Shoutout to Shay for answering all my questions and making the process super easy. Be prepared to wait, I waited an hour and a half. But thankfully you just wait in your car.
