I was very happy with the service Ray provided. I had a leaky faucet in the tub that was leaking an immense amount of water EVEN when the knobs were turned off. Ray was able to diagnose the problem and come within the hour of me calling. Very thankful for the quick response and repair.

Disappointed and overcharged. We were charged $450 for just 30 minutes of work that ultimately didn’t resolve our issue. Our toilet and shower were overflowing, and when we called this company since we saw many good reviews on Google, we mentioned it might be related to a septic tank problem and asked if they could help. After a brief 2-minute conversation, they suggested it might be a sewer line clog and insisted on coming out right away. Came out late at night to fix our clogged main line. Ray is very knowledgeable, even thought my husband how to troubleshoot next time it happens. Told me upfront how much it’s going to be and he did not up charge us. Very fair pricing. I called about 3 other plumbers and he had the most reasonable price. I highly recommend.
