Roy is the best! I moved to Quartz Hill about 5 years ago, and the first time I called him was when my toddler flushed a loofah down the toilet. He came out, snaked it, and saved the day. Later, we had a bigger issue with the whole system being clogged from a broken piece, and me flushing down wipes, and once again Roy got us taken care of. Most recently, I bought a bathroom faucet thinking I could install it myself… turns out I could not. I called Roy to see if he did installs, and of course he does. I was very happy with the service Ray provided. I had a leaky faucet in the tub that was leaking an immense amount of water EVEN when the knobs were turned off. Ray was able to diagnose the problem and come within the hour of me calling. Very thankful for the quick response and repair.

Disappointed and overcharged. We were charged $450 for just 30 minutes of work that ultimately didn’t resolve our issue. Our toilet and shower were overflowing, and when we called this company since we saw many good reviews on Google, we mentioned it might be related to a septic tank problem and asked if they could help. After a brief 2-minute conversation, they suggested it might be a sewer line clog and insisted on coming out right away.
