disorganized, unprofessional, more expensive, and not knowledabkle about operating in buildings in the city needed a toilet reset, called this guy because the normal plumbing company that comes to our building often was booked out out, and he said he could come the next day at 11am. Had a kitchen sink emergency as the brass drain pipe finally gave way under at the elbow and we noticed water under cabinet sink. Found Josh’s business here and gave him a call at listed number, he picked up right away, and said he could fit me in as he was wrapping up another job in Manhattan. Time and cost estimates were all accurate and fair, service very professional. I walked away a very happy customer and look forward to giving the team future business!
