Not too thrilled with this provider. I contacted her 3 weeks before we were to go out of town and she agreed to care for my pets. Of course, part of the information I gave her was my address. 3 days before we were supposed to leave she informed me that she could not care for my pets because I live too far away. I understand that the distance could be an issue. What is inexcusable is that she waited so long to tell me. That is NOT the way to run a business. Luckily, I found someone else who is able and willing to help me.
