Horrible experience. My associate and I waited TWO HOURS for Charles Jackson to show up. I booked this appointment almost 10 hours in advance. The appointment was set for 7 PM. Edited after his reply for clarification... My associate and I arrived at 6:45PM. At 7:10PM I contacted Charles and he said he had forgotten and that he would be there at 7:50PM. At 8:10PM he had still not arrived so I contacted him again and he said he would arrive at 8:30PM. He called me at 8:38PM saying he had arrived. We were not in the office sig... read more

Charles was such a pleasure to deal with. I didn't even have to remind him about the schedule. I was just pleasantly surprised when I found out that he was already with our client despite the very early schedule. Amazing!
