They set up an appointment with me for an estimate, and they no called no showed. We wasted our gas and time. In our admittedly limited duration of dealings, they also seem to be hard to get a hold of. Cannot comment on quality of work, but if you cannot show up when you are supposed to, you are not the contractor I am looking for.
I called 24 Hour Lock and Hammer and they were very professional. They did an in home estimate for free and gave me a great price on my deck repair. I had my whole deck done within two days of calling. I even got a great price. I am very happy with their customer service and my finished deck! I will call them again in the near future for any repairs on need on my home.
