This Ken guy is a good scammer. He took our hottub and money in April and said all would be done end of April. It's now September and all we get are excuses or he ghosts us and is nonresponsive. We've had three dates to look at the "finished" product and he is never there on the agreed upon dates. He's very good at taking your money and your stuff but there is zero follow through. Do not use this company. They are extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. Good luck getting your money back.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Buyer beware! Ken is happy to take your money and give you nothing but excuses. Ken was contacted to replace a broken hot tub pump, but required full payment in advance. He did help us move the hot tub and seemed reliable and trustworthy, so payment was sent. BIG mistake. My mistake. I’m usually a better judge of these things. Ken was amazing!!!! This is one company that I will always recommend to anyone I know. Dan was the best electrician ever also! All very knowledgeable and friendly!! Thank you Ken
