Arrived broken. Packaging was terrible. Won’t buy again.
The technician finally came to fix my windshield, but he arrived two hours late and didn’t apologize. The job was rushed, and there were glue smudges left on the glass.
The technician replaced my windshield but left glue smudges all over the edges and didn’t clean up broken glass from the interior. Sloppy work and no attention to detail.
They advertise 24-hour service, but when I called late at night after a break-in, no one answered. I left messages and didn’t get a call back until the next afternoon. Very misleading name.
