Chuck and his team were fantastic. We had a serious toilet problem, that unfortunately sent some black water through the ceiling below. Chuck was there within the hour. The next day all of the affected ceiling drywall was removed and the rafters cleaned and disinfected. The team was polite, responsive and professional. Can't recommend enough!

I called Chuck at 24 Hour Flood Response on two separate occasions for unrelated issues. He came highly recommended from our plumber. The first involved a leaking sewer pipe into a crawl space that we needed to be cleaned up ASAP. This was also during the pandemic. His crew was very responsible and followed all the necessary Covid protocol. Quick cleanup, and sanitizing and its good as new! “When my house flooded due to a tub leak, the plumber I was working with said, “we have just the company to call”, 24 Hour Flood Response. I’m so glad they made that connection. We hired Chuck and his team at 24 Hour Flood Response when our water heater burst. Chuck was prompt, communicative, kind, and professional. We had issues with our insurance company and Chuck helped us navigate the claims process and advocated on our behalf. Despite the difficulties with the insurance, Chuck was always informative and compassionate. I highly recommend Chuck if you need to clean up from water damage. Chuck is clear in his communication and consistently shows up when he says he will. We had water damage in our kitchen and we were on the fence on how far to go with the repairs. Instead of recommending the most expensive option (which a lot of contractors would do), Chuck recommended what was best for us. He takes a posture to help, serve, and do what's best for his customers. 5 stars!
