I called 7 different places and Chris was the only person that I talked to that sounded like he truly cared about the situation and took pride in his work. He was able to come out the same day and thoroughly checked every spot that we were suspicious of and made sure to check places we hadn't thought of as well. The people from this company were all very polite and knowledgeable. They tried to work with my insurance company that wasn’t helpful or easy to deal with. The people at 24HR Flood Pro gave me the name of a person who is going to take care of the damage from leakage during a storm. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with flooding issues.
