Calling them turned into a frustrating experience because even after promising fast arrival, no one showed up for hours. I had water damage getting worse, and they acted like it was no big deal. It was stressful trying to get someone to just update me on a time frame. The customer service sounded polite but offered no real help or urgency. For a company claiming to be available around the clock, they didn’t act like it. The experience left me stressed and let down. I regret trusting them when time mattered most.
