Initial response time and immediate repair was quick from the mitigation company sent out. When it came time to get our carpet replaced, we gave them around 18k in a couple different checks from insurance and that was 6months ago. At first we were told that they were still waiting for the carpet to be shipped. With extremely low communication we had to keep calling for updates and were told they would contact whoever was supposed to be handling the carpet replacement.
