This gym maybe small but it packs a punch!!!!! It has a very good variety of machines to hit all the muscles you need worked on especially for legs!!!! They have cardio equipment and a stretching room that is also used for posing if you prefer too. It is a clean and well kept gym and the management is phenomenal! It's got an old school bodybuilding feel with a great friendly atmosphere. Come check it out and you won't be disappointed!
Best welcoming gym experience I’ve ever had. With all the best equipment! From the first time I came and was nervous to start, but was quickly welcomed by everyone I encountered. Making a new gym feel like the perfect fit. I love coming to The Fitness Zone for many reasons: I love knowing I’m getting a solid workout in every time and myself along with everyone else…we come to get better!! And having that same goal in mind is priceless!! 💪🏼
