Overall thought the gym met the criteria of a good gym. Just disappointed that 24 hour corporate office keeps making money decisions without thinking it matters to it's members. Been a member for 8 years at super sport. The towel service was first to go which is fine. I brought my own but I noticed more sweat on machines and overall less sanitary in the club since this decision. After 13 yrs, just cancelled our membership, but 24Hr. Fitness Petaluma is open again, and COVID set up is ok. Be patient, get your Vacc's. And get back to new normal. We can all loose the COVID x lbs. Cheers to Health.
Gold's Gym re-open there saunas in Washington state, but 24 hours fittness didn't & still wants full price for membership
VERY DISAPPOINTED! This company has failed in every way possible to keep us updated, failed to notify paying clients of any update, failed to text, failed to email and have failed to at the very least change the phone recording at their locations. I called to cancel a workout session 6 hours before it was scheduled due to a last minute work meeting and I was called back immediately and charged for the session. This tells you everything about what’s important to the company. I hope that they change their way of doing business... read more
