I went there today with my husband. My husband is a member but I wanted to go as a guest to try out the gym. We get there and ask if you offer a free guest pass. Your front desk personnel said no, it's $25. Very excessive amount for a guest to want to work out. So I asked again, you don't offer like a 3 day or 7 day pass or even one day. Just cancelled my membership, manager was rude, and left me for last. I didnt give him explanation for quitting so he snapped at me when I tried and failed to scan my finger id. I waited in front of him while he spoke to another gentleman. Than proceed to talk to the group that just arrived instead of me waiting in front not being dissrespectful and interrupting. With its 1yr Anniversary this gym is still in the Red. This gym opened with the promise of having a daycare. After less 11 months the daycare is now closed. This is an amenity that most gyms don’t offer. You would think with proper marketing it would be simple to keep this amenity available. There is no mention on any social platform of the daycare service. Instead of marketing the service with a 30 day before the holidays, they closed the daycare. New nice facility, Pros: everything is new, cool scary looking ceiling fan, Cons: machines are too crammed, not enough space between each other (LAT PULLDOWN machine and PEC FLY machine could hit each other. Almost every cardio machines have only a foot space in between (especially elliptical machines and ARC trainers); if you swing your arm, you could hit the person’s face next to you. This place is a complete joke. You are just a $$$ not a customer . They are only interested in swiping your card every month. 24hrs fitness customer service is nonexistent. Do not give this place a dime. The General Manager is more of a corporate puppet doing absolutely nothing to rectify issues.
