I signed up for this gym specifically because it was advertised as “24 hours,” but that has not been my experience at all. I showed up at 7:30 AM expecting to work out, only to find out the gym doesn’t open until 8 AM. That is not what most people would consider a 24-hour gym. If you’re going to market yourselves as 24/7, members should actually be able to access the gym at all hours — or at the very least early in the morning. Ive called multiple 24 hour fittness locations and for some reason they all answer, we talk and they hang up. Except this location, Shavon was super helpful with all my questions about 1st time membership. Super patient and welcoming to any further info.
