I just moved to the area and signed up for a four package training session with Greg Day. I’ve worked out for years so wasn’t looking for any magical epiphanies but Greg was knowledgeable with a very nice approach to sharing info and advice. The lessons helped me break a few bad habits reminded me of a few things I’d grown a bit casual with. My time with Greg was well spent.

If you're looking for a clean and well maintained gym then look somewhere else. The place is filthy, there is hair and dirt underneath all of the machines and the bars are greasy. Most of the members don't wipe down after themselves and it's apparent that the faculty staff isn't doing it aswell. It takes a ridiculously long time for things to be replaced when broken. The facility gets the job done, mostly. In the five years I have been primarily working out at this location the equipment meets my needs. The guest service is, terrible. 9/10 visits I am never greeted or acknowledged when I leave. It is clear the “Bro” vibe is the only priority of the staff. I am not a 20 something girl, which only seems to drive the staff to speak to guests, and that’s only if the staff is not completely plugged into their phones. This gym has a VERY STRONG culture of members NOT wiping the equipment down after use.
