Bollywood meets fitness! Saturdays at 10am | Newark BollyX is a 1 hour of Bollywood Dance workout! Dana Carey is the BX Instructor who launched it at 24HF Paseo Padre in 2018, and she is now the East Bay Instructor Trainer, so she loves Bollywood! Many members have been dancing with her since the beginning! Super fun, high energy yet accessible for every level. All inclusive atmosphere, where we build on a strong community and just have a great time! Class fave song: "OH Ho Ho Ho!" Come meet us on the dance floor!
I have been taking workout sessions from Kenneth from the last four weeks. And I must say that he is phenomenal, regimented and disciplined!! He is very good about guiding me with all the weight training machines and making the workouts more of fun!! I love coming to 24 hour Fitness almost everyday!! Thank you!! 🙏🙏
