Really confused what the annual fee is for. They have 9 stairmasters and only 3 work. Many broken machines with no rush to get them fixed. This gym is trash. Every other machine broken. No one cleans bathroom. Stay away from this gym location

Canceled my automatic renewal membership there and signed up for their promotional membership to save money, never received my credit back and it's been over a month. I stopped by 3 times, always told they are going to escalate the issue to their manager and their manager will call me, but that never happened. Be aware of doing business with incompetent people in this location!

Most of the cardio machines are broken and have been broken since I joined over a year ago. Machines upstairs rarely get wiped down & the spray bottles available for guests to use are usually empty, bathrooms/showers are gross, and only in the recent months have the front desk folks started greeting members coming in.

I had a great experience at 24 Hour Fitness on Sunday, October 19th around 8:05 PM. Franklin was genuine, professional, and really went out of his way to help me out. It’s rare to find people like him !!!
