With 24 hour, I think for many it’s more than just a place to belong. Many discover a community that challenges them, supports them, and helps them grow into the best version of themselves. From the moment you join, 24 becomes a place for genuine friendships and meeting inspiring folks, and a space you feel truly seen and valued. It's kinda a small space with limited equipment, might have to wait during busy hours. A lot of broken equipment, takes the better part of a year to get fixed. The HVAC system on the top floor where the weights are has been malfunctioning for months, so it's always unbearably hot up there even on cold days. Also, there's water dripping onto the floor from some of the ductwork in the ceiling. Only plus is that it's not usually crowded, probably because it sucks so bad. The air conditioning at 24 Hour Fitness has been completely broken for over 2 full months, and despite my repeated complaints, no one has fixed it or even given me a timeline. It’s now so hot inside that working out is miserable and potentially unsafe, especially during peak hours. For a “Super-Sport” location that charges premium membership fees, this is unacceptable.
