I’ve been a member at 24 Hour Fitness for a while now, and I’m really happy with the overall experience. The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the equipment is well-maintained with plenty of options for every type of workout. One of my favorite parts is the sauna—it’s such a great way to relax and recover after a tough session, and it makes the gym experience feel complete. I really appreciate having a place that supports both fitness and wellness in one spot.

24 Hour Fitness at NewPark Mall has 2 floors including a pool, a basket court, a fitness studio , and various treadmills and the gym equipment. It is always crowded but since the gym is so huge, I can exercise whatever/whenever I want. But there is one hiccup that is the gym is not clean and there is a lot of dust. I can feel the gym rarely cleans the facility. Hope the gym will clean at least 2 times per week.

In serious need of repair all-around. AC broken during summertime & no signage about it. Floors filthy, several treads out of order or missing pieces
