The speaker in the group fitness room has been broken for more than two years and still hasn’t been fixed. Whenever the music has a strong beat or bass, the speaker makes a loud banging/rattling sound. It’s very distracting during group classes and really affects the overall experience. For something that’s used every day for classes, it’s frustrating that this issue has been left unresolved for so long. I really hope management finally replaces or properly repairs the speaker.
