I paid for a full year upfront last year and made it very clear to the salesman and manager at the time that I did not want my membership to auto-renew, as I would be relocating for work. Nick, Breydon in the pool area are so vigilant. I have seen a woman who really has serious medical issues, typically irritable being trested with the most concern and respect. Just eecently a patron left behind excrement in the jacuzzi.Corey was vigilent scooping it out, and disinfecting the area. The jacuzzi was closed for a few days while it was emptied and power washed. Kudos to these guys!!
I’ve started working with Pam about month and half ago. I am 62 years old and have spinal stenosis. I have not exercised in over 30 years and my muscles were very weak. She is very attentive to my needs and helps me get stronger . She’s helped me build my core muscles and now when I stand up from sitting my back is not stiff with pain. Definitely time an upgrade machines sauna needs to be cleaned. Music is either low or off. Step it up crunch fitness is blowing you guys away
I trained with R.J. Carter at 24 HourFitness in East Northport. R.J. was fantastic, helping me to break through my plateau and begin making gains in both strength and size again. He’s very knowledgeable, great with motivation and has a wonderful sense of humor to boot. Great experience. I will be training with him again.
