GOTTA BE THE WORST DAMN GYM IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND. FIRST OF ALL THE GYM AINT EVEN ALLAT ITS A STEP ABOVE PLANET FITNESS AND THEY THINK THEY ALL THAT AND A BAG OF CHIPS. SECOND OF ALL "24 HOUR FITNESS" YEAH RIGHT MAYBE 24 HOURS OF ROBBING YOU IN BROAD DAYLIGHT CUZ. THEY HAVENT BEEN OPEN 24 HOURS SINCE THE ICE AGE. The employees there are extremely nice, however no one that goes to the gym has any gym etiquette. For example, no one wipes down their machines after use or strips their machines. Additionally I am personally not a fan of the Hoist brand machines but that is more of a personal preference, perhaps you will like them. They do offer free consultations with their coaches which is a nice feature.
Half of the treadmills have rips in them and you can feel the huge indentation when using them. The hamstring curl machine has been half broken for months. The cable machines are broken most of the time and no one ever greases the cables on the jungle gym
The pool chemicals are very poorly managed and have been kept at dangerous levels this summer. On multiple occasions I tried addressing this with mgmt but without success. As someone who used to manage pools, I am concerned that the gaslighting will ultimately result in issues with the health dept and we will be without a pool in an area that is unfortunately already lacking in lap pool options. Gym is fine otherwise, although impenetrable and without enough equipment during the summer with the college kids home.
Very quick to take our money, but it’s been over a month since we canceled and we were well within the guidelines but still have not received money back! Don’t get pressured into anything there. UPDATE: Received my money back after writing this review about it. At least I got it back.
