24 Hour is not a bad workout place. It has all kinds of equipment and classes.The staff is friendly and outgoing, and the trainers really know their job. But its a big corporation and like most big corporations it doesn't seem to care very much about its customers. I have submitted written suggestions and never got a response. This gym needs a janitor Since joining 24 hour fitness I have enjoyed an inexpensive membership, excellent yoga and fitness classes and lots of great machines. What I have not liked is the overcrowding, the condition of the locker rooms and the lack of cleanliness and sanitation in the gym. For all the hundreds of people who are working out there are very few disinfectant stations and quite often the stations are out of disinfectant and paper towels.
